Self-awareness and feedback

Johari-inspired Self-Awareness Reflection

Reflect on useful openness, feedback seeking, intention-versus-impact checks and interpersonal boundaries.

Implemented for protected review

Purpose

What this tool is for.

This learner-only self-view uses Johari-inspired questions to prepare a more specific feedback conversation. It does not claim to calculate the classic self-versus-peer quadrants; a future peer workflow would require separate consent, anonymity and minimum-response safeguards.

Useful prompts

What it can support.

  • Preparing for a feedback or coaching conversation

  • Spotting themes that merit clarification with trusted colleagues

  • Creating a more specific development question than ‘How am I doing?’

Interpretation guardrail

What the output cannot tell you.

The current result reflects only the learner’s own responses. It is not evidence of what colleagues perceive and must not be labelled an Arena, Blind Spot, Hidden or Unknown quadrant without a separately governed peer-feedback workflow.

Privacy and access

The public website is not the assessment.

The current protected flow stores only the learner’s private responses and report. It sends no peer invitations and collects no peer details; any later peer workflow requires separate consent and anonymity controls.

  • No questionnaire answers or scores are entered on this page.
  • Available tools require an authenticated portal session.
  • Review the current portal notice before consenting or sharing a result.
  • Share an individual report only for a clear, agreed development purpose.
